All the personal information are compulsory to participate in the call. You may decline to provide your personal data but, in this case, you will not be able to fill out the form on behalf of your consortium. The International Council of Museums (ICOM), as data processing manager, collects and uses only personal data to confirm the validity of the submission. Through FORMSTACK online forms, your personal data will be accessible to the ICOM Secretariat, Shanghai University, ICOM-IMREC Academic and Programming Board and external evaluators. Your personal data will not be shared with any other third party.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data that you accepted to share. You can exercise this right by sending an email to the International Council of Museums (training@icom.museum or rgpd@icom.museum).
Under certain circumstances, by law you have also the right to:
- define directives concerning the management of your personal information after your death;
- object, in whole or in part, to processing of your personal information;
- request the restriction of processing of your personal information;
- request the portability, where applicable, of your personal information;
- request erasure of your personal information.
You also have a right of appeal to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority of data protection issues, in the event of a breach of the regulation that applies concerning the data protection and the GDPR in particular.
